• Respond to a Wells Fargo credit card offers that were received via US Mail
• Must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States
• Visit www.wellsfargo.com/myoffer to begin
• You will need the reservation number from the prescreened letter
• The Wells Fargo My Offer reservation number will consist of both letters and numbers

Your reservation number appears on the offer Wells Fargo credit card letter you may have received via US mail.

If you don’t have an offer letter, or can’t find your reservation number, you can still check for offers if you’re an existing online Wells Fargo banking customer.

This number should be plastered all over the promotional letter. If for whatever reason you cannot relocate this number please dial 1-800-642-4720 and provide your last name along with your SSN and the customer service agent will provide the number to you.
